Everything we offer is designed to take the pressure off and help guests feel supported — whether it’s their first time or their hundredth.

• Finnish roots — our sauna follows tradition, where löyly (the steam, or spirit of the sauna) is welcomed and shared.
• Shared experience — our four-person ice baths encourage co-regulation, so guests can breathe through it together.
• Options for all — our dual-temperature ice baths, cold bucket, and multi-level sauna allow guests to explore different intensities.
• Unhurried sessions — our multi-hour Self-Led Drop-Ins allow guests to take their time and move through the hot + cold at their own pace.
• Guided sessions — our signature Classes bring variety and extra support, from meditation and stretching to circuits rooted in Norse Mythology.
• Everyday ease — our thoughtful touches and amenities make it simple to weave hot + cold into daily life.
